Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in cross-border commercial disputes, international arbitration, corporate transactions, intellectual property matters before courts, administrative agencies, and other tribunals;
• Develop litigation and transactional strategies;
• Advise clients on legal risks, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, cross-border investments, and intellectual property matters;
• Negotiate settlements, commercial agreements, licensing arrangements, and corporate transactions on behalf of clients;
• Conduct client consultations, assess legal issues, and provide tailored advice regarding clients’ rights and options in various legal matters;
• Maintain client relationships and participate in business development initiatives;
• Coordinate with foreign counsel, experts, and government agencies on multinational legal matters.
