Legal Interns

Our Legal Internship Program offers law students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, cross-border legal practice. Interns may assist with legal research, drafting, case preparation, due diligence, and transactional matters across our core practice areas, including corporate law, capital markets, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and technology law.

We welcome motivated law students with strong analytical, research, and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in international legal practice. Interns will have opportunities to work alongside experienced lawyers, develop practical legal skills, and gain exposure to complex legal and commercial matters involving the United States, Canada, and international markets.
