We assist clients with obtaining and responding to urgent remedies, including injunctions and preservation orders. In addition to court proceedings, we represent clients in arbitration and mediation to resolve disputes efficiently where appropriate.

- Represented the generic pharmaceutical businesses such as Sandoz, JAMP and etc. in patent litigation and dispute resolution proceedings in the United States and Canada, including ANDA and PM(NOC) proceedings.
- Represented corporations in patent and trademark disputes, including proceedings before the USPTO, U.S. federal district courts, and Ontario courts.
- Represented clients in more than 50 trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Canadian Trademarks Opposition Board.
