Representative Matters
- Successfully obtained recognition and enforcement in Canada of a RMB310 million CIETAC arbitral award against the owner of a global mining company (2026 ONSC 1969).
- Successfully defended a Canadian citizen against an enforcement action brought by a major Chinese bank
- Represented a Chinese state-owned mining company in the bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings of a global mining company.
- Represented the generic pharmaceutical businesses of Pfizer and Novartis, and other generic pharmaceutical companies, in patent litigation and dispute resolution proceedings in the United States and Canada, including ANDA and PM(NOC) proceedings.
