Dispute Resolution · Real Estate and Construction Litigation
Our Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice represents property owners, buyers, sellers, commercial landlords and tenants, developers, and contractors in disputes involving real estate transactions, leasing, development, and construction. We advise on failed and terminated purchase agreements, deposit disputes, commercial leases, construction liens, payment claims, deficiencies, and delays.
We assist clients with disputes arising from both residential and commercial properties, including pre-construction purchases, breaches of agreements of purchase and sale, and landlord–tenant obligations. In construction matters, we represent clients in lien proceedings, contractual disputes, and related court applications, developing strategies that address the financial and practical demands of each project.
We combine strategic advocacy with a clear understanding of our clients’ priorities. Whether negotiating the return of a deposit, pursuing damages following a failed closing, enforcing construction rights, or defending a claim, we provide practical and responsive representation from early negotiations through trial and enforcement.
