Capital Market and Security · Cryptocurrency/Stable Coin

Our Cryptocurrency and Stablecoins practice advises digital asset platforms, fintech companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on regulatory, transactional, and dispute resolution matters. We help clients structure their businesses, assess regulatory obligations, raise capital, and manage the legal risks associated with digital asset products and services.

With lawyers qualified in both Canada and the United States, we provide coordinated advice on cross-border operations, securities regulation, payment services, anti-money laundering compliance, data privacy, and commercial arrangements. Our work includes advising on cryptocurrency trading platforms, stablecoin-related business models, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and preparations for public listings.

We also represent clients in regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings, and digital asset disputes, including fraud and asset recovery matters. Combining regulatory knowledge with transactional experience and strategic advocacy, we develop practical approaches tailored to our clients’ technology, markets, and commercial objectives.
